Responsibilities

• Engage in practical exposure within the dynamic insurance sector
• Complete theoretical and practical assessments to acquire the NQF Level 4 Certificate in Short-Term Insurance
• Work in outbound sales to meet targets and objectives
• Apply insurance-related knowledge to real-world scenarios

• Comply with the terms of the training agreement

Qualifications

• Must be unemployed
• Must be between the ages of 18 and 30
• Must be a South African citizen
• Must hold a Grade 12 qualification or equivalent
• Must be proficient in English (speaking, reading, and writing)
• Must not be participating in any other learnership programme
• Must not be enrolled in any current studies
• Must be willing to sign a training agreement
• Must have at least 6 months of outbound sales experience
• Must demonstrate confidence, self-motivation, and a strong desire to learn and grow
